Work from your drawings

A workshop built around one idea: finish the job properly.

CUSMOT Hofman Szczepański Spółka Jawna is a metalworking company based in Krzyszkowo, in the Greater Poland region. Our registered activity is the machining of metals and the application of coatings to metal products, classified under Polish business code 25.61.Z.

Most metal parts need more than one process before they are ready to use. A shaft has to be turned to size, then protected from rust. A bracket has to be cut and drilled, then given a surface that holds up outdoors. We combine these steps, so you deal with one company instead of passing parts between several.

We are organised as a general partnership, a spółka jawna, in which the partners answer personally for the company's work. For customers, this means a clear point of contact and straightforward accountability for what leaves our workshop.

What we work with

Steel and other metal parts supplied by the customer or prepared to your specification.

How we start

With your drawing, sample or description. We confirm what is possible before work begins.

Who we serve

Manufacturers, workshops, installers and businesses that need dependable metal components.

Services

Select a service to see what it covers. If your part needs a combination, we will plan the sequence for you.

  • Material removal is the foundation of most parts we handle. We shape metal blanks into components with the dimensions, fits and surfaces your drawing calls for, from a single prototype to a repeated batch.

    • Turning of round parts
    • Milling of flat and profiled features
    • Drilling, boring and threading
  • A coating protects metal from corrosion, wear and weather, and can also improve its appearance. We apply coatings to metal parts so they leave us ready for assembly or installation.

    • Protection against rust and corrosion
    • Uniform, even surface finish
    • Coating matched to the intended use
  • Coatings only hold on a clean, correctly prepared surface. Before coating, we remove oil, scale and contamination so the finish bonds properly and stays in place.

    • Cleaning and degreasing
    • Removal of scale and surface contamination
    • Inspection before the coating stage
  • Machined edges often need attention before a part can be handled, assembled or coated. We finish edges and surfaces so parts fit well and are safe to work with.

    • Edge breaking and deburring
    • Smoothing of machined surfaces
    • Final visual check of each batch
  • Not every job is a large series. We take on individual parts, replacement components and short runs, and we are happy to talk through a design before you commit to it.

    • Prototypes and trial parts
    • Replacement and repair components
    • Repeat orders from the same drawing
  • When a part needs both machining and a coating, we plan the two together. Tolerances, thread protection and coating thickness are considered up front, which avoids rework later.

    • One quote and one point of contact
    • Fewer transfers, fewer chances of damage
    • Process order planned around your part

Why customers work with us

We cannot promise everything to everyone, so we promise what matters: clear answers, careful work and no surprises.

Talk to us about your part

Machining and coating together

Handling both processes in one place keeps your supply chain short and reduces the risk of damage in transit between suppliers.

Straight answers before work starts

We review your drawing or sample first and tell you what is feasible, what it involves and what we would suggest changing.

Surface treated as part of the design

We think about the coating while machining, so threads, fits and edges are considered before the part is finished, not after.

Flexible order sizes

From a single replacement component to a repeating series, we adapt to how many parts you actually need.

A named, accountable company

As a registered general partnership, we are easy to identify, easy to reach and personally answerable for our work.
